(For what this book)

In the scientifically-practical plan, for applied application in a real life, is actually - further specification and development of following directions.

THE DOCTRINE ABOUT NOOGENESIS, EVOLUTIONS AND ECOLOGIES OF INTELLECTUAL SYSTEMS, THEORY OF INTELLECT AND INTELLECTUAL ENERGY

INTELLECTUAL SYSTEMS – systems of the elementary structures and the processes, are cooperated among themselves, are incorporated as a whole by performance of function of intellect not reduced to function of its components. Attributes of intellectual system:
1) interaction with environment and other systems as a unit,
2) consists of hierarchy of subsystems of lower level,
3) ability logically and creatively actively to reflect an objective reality, purposefully to learn essential connections and themselves attitudes of things. The intellectual systems of I-th level - brain of the human; the intellectual systems of II-th level concerns to - intellectual system of humankind as a whole.

 NOOGENESIS is a process of development in a space and in a time of intellectual systems (intellectual evolution). The basic noogenetic law: in evolution of intellect system of humankind, -separate features of phylogenesis of the human brain are shown in brief recurrence; some characteristics of ontogenesis of human brain are shown in long recurrence. The critical quantity of intellectual components (n ≥ 109), at its achievement can be observed a phenomenon noorevolution - transition of quantitative development of information system in qualitatively new is autonomic-intellectual, reasonable system capable to high-grade sinergetical acts of its components and distribution of intellectual energy in an environment.

INTELLECTUAL ENERGY - a quantitative measure of intensity of interaction of components of an intellectual matter; ability of intellectual system to make reasonable activity, cogitative work or to be a source of intellectual force which can make work; the active force, connected to persistence, in achievement of an established goal (a unit of measure - joule, J = 1Н1 cm = kgm2 / sec2). If we abstract from a variety of the nature of information operations and data carriers, the parameter of information interaction (at the stability condition of structures of intellectual systems), - intellectual energy (E), which intellectual system possesses and also spends, is in dependence (and is being characterized) from quantity of the information (I), conducted with acceleration (a) on a communication way (S) between the certain quantity of intellectual components: E ≈ I a S

ECOLOGY of INTELLECTUAL SYSTEMS - a science about laws of development and formation (noogenesis) of intellectual systems, their functioning and mutual relations with an environment. 39 laws of information ecology are revealed.

LAWS of TWO HEMISPHERES of intellectual systems:

- "Two-polarity" - for intellectual system is characteristic bi-polarity;

- "Asymmetry" - two hemispheres of intellectual systems aspire to harmonic asymmetry;

- “Two in one” - two hemispheres of intellectual system aspire to work as a unit (one brain, one intellect, one global consciousness).

The THEORY of INTELLECT – as set of supervisions and researches, represents itself: a) scientific explanation of laws of development and formation of natural intellectual systems during their evolution and intellectual system of mankind during history (noogenesis); b) logic generalization of experience and laws of interaction of intellectual systems with an environment (ecology of intellectual systems); c) system of supervising ideas, laws of information influence on individual and public health, - for development of practical actions on improvement of the information environment (information hygiene), - which give understanding of the objective validity of information interaction inside of intellectual systems (energy intellectual), processes of active reflection of a reality during cognitive and cogitative activity, also can predetermine the perspective purposes of activity of human mind and global intellectual system macrosocium of mankind.

THE INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND HYGIENE OF INTELLECTUAL SYSTEMS

MONITORING of the SURROUNDING INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT and INFORMATION-DEPENDENT PUBLIC HEALTH - is necessary. The increase of sick rate and physical disability in connection with mental frustration - directly, increase of sick rate of system of blood circulation, growth of death rate and a high share in structure of death rate of the information-dependent reasons - indirectly, are connected with unsuccessful in 90th of a century XX the information environment in Russia and its negative influence on health of the population of Russia. Asymmetry of statistics of a suicide in east and western hemispheres, can testify that in east hemisphere now there is an intense test of a psychosocial component of common health.

MODELS of SAFE INFORMATION BEHAVIOUR allow to overcome the radical information reasons of conflicts with application of laws of information ecology, to develop such concepts of information safety as: a code of information behaviour - the collection of conditional brief designations and names for operative information reaction (in cases of deficiency of time in extreme, crisis, conflict situations); the code of information behaviour - the system of laws, rules for a management of information in a daily life and professional work.

FORECASTS of PARAMETERS of HEALTH of INTELLECTUAL SYSTEM of MANKIND.

Intellectual system of mankind: time of maturing - will come in 300-50000 years; a limit of quantities of people on the Earth - 10 billion - 1 trillions; probability of reproduction - about 100 %; time of reproduction - will come in 100 years - 1 million years; life expectancies - 10 million years; sickness rates - probability of 25 % (as a result of a conflictness inside and between nano-, micro-, milli- socium); physical disability - in 3 % of cases of strategy of development (1 % of the population perishes as a result of destructive conflicts for 100 years); death rate - 100 %; the possible reasons of death: death of intellectual system as a result of mass destruction of components - 7 %; external influence - 10 %; destruction of all biosystem as a result of infringement of internal ecology - 83 %; suicide - 0,01 %.

REPRODUCTION of INTELLECTUAL SYSTEM of MANKIND. Theoretically, on time, the intellectual system of mankind inside of Solar system can be reproduced (to generate similar autonomic intellectual system) one-two time. Mankind as autonomic intel-system, will probably aspire to be multiplied and form intel-system the second generation in other parts of the Universe.

PHENOMENOLOGY OF THE HUMAN AND HUMANKIND

THE PECULIARITIES of SEXUAL SELECTION at the PRESENT STAGE.

Skill to speak and understand language speech, “the second signal system” - continues to remain the distinctive attribute playing a main role at sexual selection. Are determinate with unequivocal reliability of influence of "weight" and degree of the importance under sexual selection - useful intellectual skills and the reasonable, functional-behavioural distinctive attributes, which have disseminated among people: skill of reading, writing, calculating; presence of skills of reception and information interchange by means of paper carriers; presence of skills of intensive information exchanges and interactions by means of telecommunications. Speed of intellectual processes and reflection - one of solving qualities at sexual selection, which can confirm a vector of aspiration to their increase during evolution.

Keywords of slang: sex, intellectual sex, sex in my consciousness, sex in my head, sex inside my mind, reasonable sex, sexual brains, clever sex, sex of intellectuals, an intellectual sex, not fac brains, brainfacer, sex in my representation, the man in her imagination, the sexual-significant information, the information significant for a sex, that wanted by the woman, what is pleasant to the girl, how to like the girl, the superman, the superwoman, whom it is favourite, to whom to be given

PHENOMENON of the NEW KIND of the HOMO.

To a phenomenon which is not observable at other kinds of alive organisms, and cardinally distinct from the previous characteristics, each of which marked occurrence of a new kind of the Homo (straight-walking, making of instruments for work, cooking on fire - 2600-1900 thousand years back; burial died, art creativity 350-100 thousand years back), - is interaction on high level.Fig. 2.3.To new distinctive functional (behavioural, information-intellectual) skills (attributes, features) can carry interactions: written (time of occurrence 7 thousand years back), exchange (5 thousand), through reading-printing (550 years ago), by means of fast movement on distance (150), by means of electro-power networks (150), through telecommunication (130), through a radio communication (110), through virtual money (100), television communication (80), through the Internet (50), through cellular-telephones communication (30); joint, within the limits of all global biological population, use of means and networks of energy, financial and information interaction, joint decisions-making important for all terrestrial civilization.

For a long time the kind of the Homo sapiens was multiplied and, through accumulation of the information and interaction, forms phenomenon of an global autonomic intellectual human population and an information environment which, through sexual selection, can recursively influence formation of a vector of evolution and occurrence of a new kind - human cooperating - Homo sinergiosus.

ORIGIN of the LIFE on the EARTH. Hardly probable an opportunity of purposeful strong-willed drift whence from the Universe to the Earth bio-genic substance. Time from the moment of formation of the Universe before occurrence of a life on the Earth (by the standard estimations) - has not enough for the completed cycle of formation of extraterrestrial autonomic intellectual system. An origin of intellect (noogonia): the life and reason on the Earth have a terrestrial origin. The intellectual system of mankind on the Earth is intellectual system of the first generation in the Universe.

INTELLECTUAL MANAGEMENT and POLITICS - management of intellectual systems and subsystems (nano-, micro-, milli-, macrosociety), features of system and situational approach consist in realization of specific characteristics and functions of intel-systems (autonomy, fractalicy, hierarchies, dissipative, heredities and memories, coherency, two-polar asymmetry, synergy), are directed on sustainable and safe development.

INTELLECTUAL MISSION of MANKIND - the common aims, goals of mankind, are consisting in formation of intellectual system and realization of its specific characteristics and functions (autonomy, fractalicy, hierarchies, heredities and memories, two-polar asymmetry, synergy); the mankind role, is consisting in interaction, as a whole unit, with environment and other systems on the Earth and in the space.

FORMATION of INTELLECTUAL SYSTEMS of 3-rd LEVEL. In case of existence or the consecutive origin similar planetary intel-system their mutual search will be to proceed to formation and adjustment of communications, achievement of "critical quantity of intellectual components" and formation intel-system of the Galaxies or Universe.

PHENOMENOLOGY of MANKIND. To the phenomena which are not observable at other biological populations, it is possible to carry: occurrence of the biological kind possessing a synergy within the limits of a global population; its evolution on the laws of noogenesis with achievement of critical quantity of intellectual components, networks of synapses and autonomies; inheritance by all global population of the information virtual and on material carriers; aspiration of a global population to acceleration of an information reflection; sinergetic decision-making and common action of global population as whole; occurrence in a population of the general structures (receptors) perceiving the information from various spheres of the Earth and space.

Applied value of phenomenology of mankind can consist in the opening opportunities: forecasting of development of an information network between people and accumulation of an information heritage by them; increases of efficiency of intellectual systems and uses of intellectual energy of a population; developing of recommendations for the ending of formation and development of active tools-bodies of mankind, are necessary and sufficient for effective acts of a reflection of a global population on challenges of the surrounding nature and space.

Till now remains it is not certain there is or not in evolution of mankind an aspiration to formation of autonomic intellectual system. Spheres of actual applied forecasts on the time and on the parameters of formation of intellectual system could consist in areas:

- The quantitatively-qualitative characteristics of the maximal limit of the population of the Earth;

- The time of achievement of a maximum of the population, time of formation of autonomic intellectual system of mankind and possible reproduction;

- The limits of quantitative levels of information streams, their volumes, speeds of reactions and quality of intellectual decisions of a human brain and intellectual system of mankind;

- The laws of occurrence of intellectual system of mankind, construction of hierarchy, domination above nonintellectual systems, consumption by intellectual systems from an environment, conditions of their steady functioning, reproduction and the reasons of possible death.

Importance of the decision of a problem of "the formula of intellect” is caused, including, urgency and actuality of understanding of intellectual function and self-knowledge of the person, the comparative analysis of modern interactions in intellectual sphere, increases of efficiency of intellectual activity of the person and the forecast of development of intellectual power of mankind.

The important applied values also have:

- Opening the information reasons of conflicts and preventions of their negative consequences, development and introduction of conceptual models of information safety;

- Development of ideology (by the rights and duties of the persons as the components of intellectual system of mankind, intellectual mission of mankind, the laws of information ecology) for wide attraction of the public to the participation in formation of a harmless exchange, accumulation, storage, distribution of the significant information and systems of knowledge.

In this connection the purpose of the book was - a scientific substantiation of features of evolution, biophysics, physiology and ecology of intellectual systems of their development, morphological formation, interactions with an environment. Except for that, the main goal - a substantiation of features of laws of formation of the information environment, expediency of monitoring and forecasting of information-dependent health of a society was realized also.

In the scientific-theoretical plan, this can be promoted by development in system of knowledge of fundamental sciences of sociology, ecology, physiology, medicine, biology, physics, mathematical modeling of such directions as: motivation to the accessories to intellectual systems, a dominant of intellectual systems, an informational instinct, a heredity (memory) of intellectual systems, noogenetics, a pyramid of an intellectual biomass, a intellectual reflex, recipes of information prolongation of a life, nootropic pharmacology, informational phenoptosis, photo-periodism of intellectual systems, epidemiology of information-dependent diseases, Homo sapiens sinergiosus; intellectual iteration, intellectual synergetrics and cogerency, fractal geometry of intellectual structures, a intellectual entropy.

Demonstration of constructively of analogy between intellectual system of a brain of the person and intellectual system of mankind as a whole opens new forecasting opportunities for the prevention of dangerous and unsuccessful strategy of development, acceptance of preventive measures on challenges of an environment, against negative consequences of influence of adverse factors.

Search of parallels between becoming of the person and mankind can give a basis for confidence, that the intellect of humankind will cope with the problems arising during its evolution and can choose strategy of steady safe development, preservation of health, reproduction and increase of life expectancy.

Algebra of noogenesis * [Fr. algebra ‹ aldzabr - reduction of fraction] - set of knowledges and mathematical actions with sizes-characteristics (the expressed letters) of development in space and in time (evolution) of intellectual systems, irrespective of numerical value of these sizes. 

Algorithm of information behaviour * - in advance certain set of consecutive precise rules with order of concrete actions by production, distribution, reception and storage of the information. 

Biophysics of intellectual systems * - section of a science about physical properties as in the whole autonomic intellectual system, and its separate components, about phenomena both alive, and lifeless components of a matter - carrier of intelligence, and also physical and chemical bases of intellectual activity. 

Hygiene informational (information hygiene) * - the section of a science, studying laws of influence of the information on individual and public health, working capacity of the person, duration of life, and developing practical actions on improvement and treatment of the information environment. 

Globularity (sphericity) of intellectual systems * [Fr.globulaire - spherical, Lat.globulus - a ball] - characteristic of aspiration to the compact form of sphericity of known intellectual systems. 

Dissipativity of intellectual systems * - the phenomenon of a gain of transition of specific energy of interaction between components of the open intellectual system in other energy with loss of a part of potential intellectual energy of system; and also phenomena of formation during noogenesis from elementary components - the autonomic ordered structure of intellectual system. 

Dominant of intellectual systems * - law of noogenesis and the general theory of the evolution, consisting in objective advantage of the biosystems, are possessing intellectual systems, was realized in the best abilities to adaptation in an environment and to a survival during natural selection and evolution, owing to property of active reflection of an objective reality and shown in domination above other biosystems. 

Noogenetics law * (the basic noogenetics law) - in evolution of intellectual system of mankind are shown: in brief recurrence - separate characteristics of phylogenesis of human’s brain and in long recurrence - some characteristics of ontogenesis of a brain of the person.Information-intellectual functions (also number of elementary intellectual components, and functions of autonomy), characterizing mankind, at various stages of evolution, beginning from its origin and finishing the developed condition, are the compressed recurrence of separate features of the long evolution which have been passed by nervous system, from the elementary forms during ancient times up to the present brain of the person, and also is long recurrence of some characteristics of evolution which passes an individual brain of the person from embryonic cells up to the developed structurally functional condition. 

Laws of information ecology * - connection and interdependence of structural and  functional phenomena, concerning information and processes of formation and functioning of intellectual systems, mutual relations between them and with an environment. 

Laws of two hemispheres * - the first law (two-polarity): for intellectual system two-polarity is characteristic; the second law (asymmetry): two hemispheres of intellectual systems aspire to harmonious asymmetry; the third law (two in one): two hemispheres of intellectual system aspire to work as a unit (one brain, one intelligence, one global consciousness). 

Harmony of ideal-material * [Gr. harmonia - communication, accord, co-sizes] is a communication, co-sizing, mutual relation of a special kind of a matter - carrier of reason (with all intellectual systems making it and their structurally-hierarchical characteristics) and properties of it’s movement, intellectual function and made products (consciousness, speed of information operations, speed of distribution of the information, its quality and quantity, perception and storage and so forth).  

Health information (information health) * is that part of the general condition of mental, physical and social well-being which is formed and depends on the information. 

Health public (public health) ** - a condition of the general mental, physical and social well-being of people nano-, micro-, milli-, macro- socium, formed

·        · by heredity (individual, populational, civilizational),

·        · by favorable components of an environment (air, water, food, biological, social, information, power, economic, labour and so forth),

·        · by opportunities to conduct active, productive (free, intellectual, creative, effective) a way of life. 

Hygiene informational (information hygiene) * - the section of a science, studying laws of influence of the information on individual and public health, working capacity of the person, duration of life, and developing practical actions on improvement and treatment of the information environment. 

Ideal [Fr.ideal ‹ Gr.] - imagined, really not existing; idea, consciousness, spirit; a product of sensitive, representations, the concepts reflecting the reality in consciousness of the human, expressing person’s attitude to it and being main principle of outlook and philosophy. 

Information instinct * [Lat. instinctus - prompting] - the vital purposeful adaptive form of behaviour, caused by congenital mechanisms, realized during ontogenetic development, described a constancy of external display at the kind of organisms and arising on irritants-activators from the external and internal environment; inherited prompting to fulfilment of expedient actions (on search, perception, consumption, storage, production, distribution of the information), having vital value for the individual or sorts of the biosystems, possessing intellectual systems.  

Intellect [Lat. - intellectus, Gr. - nus] - mind, intelligence, reason; powers of thinking, the intellectual beginning defining activity; highest level of cognitive activity, ability logically and creatively to think; the highest form of active reflection of the objective reality, consisting in the purposeful, mediated and generalized knowledge of essential links and attitudes of things. 

Intellectology ( noology ) * – a science about the theory and experiences of intelligence, noogenesis, ecology of intellectual systems, information hygiene. 

Intellectualism * - domination of intelligence, a priority of the developed intellectual systems. In philosophy, - worldview (outlook, mentality) on the certain level of development of a civilization of a human society, with the developed means of production, storages, transfer and dissemination of the information, in the formed up intellectual system of mankind [in difference from individualism (priorities of the person), nationalism (priorities of the nation), capitalism (monetary priorities), socialism (priorities of a society)].  

Intellectual mission of mankind * - common goals or the purposes of mankind, are consisting in the formation of structure of intellectual system and realization of character functions (autonomy, fractality, hierarchy, dissipativity, heredity and memory, coherency, two-polar asymmetry, synergy); the role of mankind consisting in interaction with environment and other systems on the Earth and in Space as a unit.
